• 1 month data on CXL with the Athens Protocol in a 19yo Male Description: We describe detailed clinical data necessary in our standard evaluation of 1 month after CXL (cornea cross-linking) with our own Athens Protocol in a young male With advanced Keratoconus. Besides the visual function improvement today, the external imaging of the cornea very crucial to document the improvement in cornea normalization cornea tomography (IHD from 0.131 to 0.027 !!! ISV from 82 to 67). Anterior segment OCT with the Optovue Avanti is able to illustrate the early epithelium healing through 3Dmapping and the depth and width of the CXL line. UV protection switching to a milder steroid from Dexa to Lotemax, and adjunct vit C 1000mg per day crucial in the recovery!
