• 6mm and 7mm PMMA IOL Implantations using L-shaped Scleral Pocket Incision Description: The L-shaped scleral pocket incision allows a 6mm optic IOL to be extracted through 3mm limbal and scleral incisions, due to the elasticity of the sclera at the intersection of the incision. This technique is useful for patients of developing countries where a foldable IOL cannot be used.
