• Malpositioned Intrasclerally Fixated PCIOL Description: 82 year old male with an ocular history of pseudoexfoliation and prior total dislocation of a MA30AC PCIOL. The PCIOL was refixated with intrascleral fixation without complication. One month postoperatively there was simultaneous breakage of the optic haptic junction and complete dislocation of optic to the posterior pole. The haptics, surprisingly, maintained fixation under the scleral flaps. Subspecialty: Cataract / Anterior Segment Level: Advanced Uploaded By: ISRS Multimedia Library
