• Phaco with Management of Severe Posterior Pressure Description: This is a video of a case I performed in Peru in 2014 aboard the ORBIS FEH. The patient had a dense cataract with severe posterior pressure that caused difficulties from the start. After changing incision sites, inserting a Malyugin ring, I ended up having to convert to a temporal small-incision extra cap (SICS). Fortunately there was no vitreous loss, and after removing the cataract, inserting the IOL, and suturing the iris, I was able to finish the case with a reasonable result.
