• PK for keratoconus of 28years claimed "recurrent cone": Phaco ReSuturing & CXL Description: This 56yo Gentleman transplanted 28 years ago for advanced keratoconus in the US, living now in Cyprus seeking treatment for visual debilitation. Our assessment was that instead of recurrent KCN he had inferior host-donor interface dehiscence and bulging as well as an advanced cataract CDVA 20/200. We opted to remove the cataract, use Ks of 45 instead of the measured 60(!!) as we followed with re-opening the interface, re-suturing and performing higher fluence CXL, a technique we described several years know.
