• Removal of Posterior Chamber Phakic IOL (ICL) during cataract surgery Description: In this video, Dr. John Chang (Hong Kong) will show you 2 cases of a technique to remove an Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) during cataract surgery. Clear cornea incisions were made. After floating up the ICL with viscoelastic, the ICL can then be easily pulled out (through the 2.2 cataract incision) with a hand-over-hand technique. Routine phacoemulsification can then be performed afterwards. Subspecialty: Cataract / Anterior Segment Level: Intermediate Uploaded By: John So-Min Chang
