• SMILE for Myopia Description: Six hundred seventy eyes from 335 patients were treated with small-incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) for myopia up to 210.00 D. It was found that 84% achieved UDVA 20/25 or better at 3 months, 80.1% were within 60.50 D of attempted correction, and 2.4% lost 2 or more lines of CDVA. In linear regression analysis, spherical equivalent refraction undercorrection was predicted by increasing patient age and steeper corneal curvature.
