• Subluxated cataract surgery prior to DSEK Description: Patient with failed PKP (endothelial decompensation and scarring). Also cataract and acute angle closure glaucoma requiring PI. Posterior synechiae masquerading subluxation - sudden intraop finding. Patient unwilling to have PKP as fears expulsive haemorrhage (fellow eye phthisical).
