• Tensile Strength of Cornea After PRK, LASIK, and S Description: A mathematical model to evaluate relative corneal tensile strength (TS) after surface ablation photorefractive keratectomy (PRK), LASIK, and SMILE. Tensile strength was greatest after SMILE, followed by PRK, followed by LASIK. Increasing LASIK flap thickness reduced TS while increasing cap thickness after SMILE increased TS.
